The Board is responsible for the proper management of Group Strategy and direction. It oversees the activities and direction of im体育APP Materials 技术 Group Limited. The Board currently has four members and includes a combination of Executive and Non-Executive Directors.

Jo was appointed 首席执行官 of the im体育APP Group in 2019 and is responsible for the overall strategic direction and growth of the Group. He previously served as the Group 首席财务官 since 2012 and was a board member of the Group following its buyout from Stork in 2010. 在im体育APP之前, he built a career in private equity and led the investment in several global testing businesses in both 欧洲 and the US, including the buyout of im体育APP in 2010.
Under Jo's leadership, im体育APP has experienced remarkable growth, expanding from 20 locations in five regions in 2010 to a global business with over 270 locations in 30 countries and a workforce of more than 9,000名员工. This growth is a testament to his efforts in driving organic growth and integrating 47 acquisitions. In his tenure at im体育APP, Jo has led several successful buyouts, including those with 3i and Bridgepoint, as well as the take-private of Exova in 2017. Most recently he oversaw the successful buyout by Temasek in 2022.
Paul joined im体育APP in September 2024 as Group 首席财务官 and sits on the company’s 操作板 and main Board of Directors. Paul brings a proven track record of over 30 years’ financial leadership in the consumer, 技术, and tech-enabled services industries and has held a wide range of executive roles in both private equity backed and listed businesses.
Paul's experience in private equity backed companies includes tenure as 首席财务官 and COO for CPA Global, a $7 billion IP platform business (now part of Clarivate plc), and 首席财务官 for the UK’s Automobile Association. He has also been 首席财务官 for public companies including Mitie plc, a leading facilities management company, and more recently Cazoo, a 欧洲an marketplace for used cars. His earlier career was spent in leadership roles for well-known international organizations including Dell Technologies, Jardine Matheson, 和普华永道.
Paul holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Oxford University, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA).
Uwe in currently Vice Chairman of the 欧洲, Middle East & Africa region at Temasek. Prior to joining Temasek in 2018, Uwe was 首席执行官 of WS Atkins plc, a global engineering firm. 以前, he held roles as President of Cleantech Switzerland, Operations Director and Senior Advisor with TPG Capital, 首席执行官 of OC Oerlikon Management AG, and various positions at Hochtief AG. Nagi is currently the Head of the 欧洲, Middle East & Africa region at Temasek. Prior to joining Temasek in 2005, Nagi was a banker with Credit Suisse First Boston's 能源 Group. He began his career at Bain & 公司.
Allan is a Non-Executive member of the im体育APP Materials 技术 Group Board. He has had an extensive and varied business career holding a series of high profile roles for major corporations in the food, 零售, FMCG and communications sectors including that of Chief Executive of Asda and Pandora; Non-Executive Chair of the Co-operative Group; and Non-Executive Chairman of the Royal Mail, Entertainment One plc, and Wagamama Ltd.
Allan holds an honorary degree from Cranfield University, an honorary fellowship from the University of Central Lancashire, and an Honorary Doctor of Letters from York St. John University.
